It's probably a good way to build up immunity!

She pays her doctor, likely very well, her doctor will say whatever
he/she is told to say. Medicine not being a science it's often very
difficult for MDs to know what illnesses are present... very often
there are underlying causes that they have no way to identify. One in
particular is Lupus... countless thousands of people have had knee
replacements because of joint deterioration thought to be due to
arthritis when in fact it is caused by Lupus. Up until very recently
there were no tests for Lupus but now there are genetic tests that
will indicate Lupus and which type. Lupus is treatable and when
caught early enough joint deterioration is minimal. Knee replacement
does not cure Lupus, the disease is like a parasite and will move into
other parts of the body, typically the liver, kidneys, the heart, and
other vital organs. Anyone with knee problems whose doctor recommends
replacement needs to be tested for Lupus. Naturally the knee/joint
replacement industry is huge bucks so the sergeons and appliance
manufacturers will say nothing. Rheumatologists perfom Lupus testing.
Lupus is inherited, that was the clue to explore genetic testing.
