I don't eat a lot of potatoes and my wife eats even less than I do.
When we boil potatoes to have either has regular boiled potatoes or to
mash them, we usually boil extras and use them up as home fries. I am
starting to think that the home fried potatoes is (are?) the best potato
dish.
