It's been a long time. I suspect you're right.
Also... I finally bought a plantain once just to try it a few years
ago. I knew you had to cook them so I cut it into medalions and fried
them in butter. What a fail and waste of time. YUK.
Is there any good way to prepare them to eat just plain?
