William, the nearest Cracker Barrel is in Georgia, I'm in South
Carolina. They did serve a great breakfast at the one I went to in
Memphis. No corn muffins served with breakfast.

It's cooling down here, too. Tropical storm Julia lowered the temps
quite a bit. It's in the mid-80's during the day and much lower
humidity. Fall is on the way!
I like the idea of the griddled buttered corn muffins.
