I don't hate many foods, but mushrooms ... blech. They taste like dirt.
As far as dislikes go, they are second only to shrimp. That said, I think
my rationale for buying them was it would be good to have some freeze dried
ones around for salads or sauces when I wouldn't need a huge quantity.
Something to experiment with. My kid won't eat them either, but my dude
loves them so I don't shy away from recipes that contain them. We adapt.
