Works for cats too, pumpkin is rich in fiber, aids in constipation and
helps pass hairballs. Carrots wosrk too but you'd need to cook and
mash them... canned pumpkin is very convenient. I spoon portions on a
cookie sheet and freeze them, then transfer to a ziploc. They defrost
in about an hour in a pet bowl and not wosry about it spoiling if it
sits at room temperature all day. Pumpkin and carrots are sweet, cats
and dogs consider it candy. Corn works too, and you'll see it works.
