No kidding. That's how I'm using up the last 4oz. of the
cream cheese that I bought. I added 4 oz to egg salad and
it was very good. The rest, I'm eating plain.

A few times, I've just cut off a small piece (lima bean size)
and eaten it plain. So very tasty.

Spread some on 6 flavored crackers the other night
but I like it better just spread plain on white bread.
You get the full flavor of the cheese that way.

I just bought 3 fresh bakery "Telera" rolls this morning.
With these, I'll use up the cream cheese and also
the higher fat "Finlandia" butter along with some over easy eggs.

Note: cream cheese plain on the rolls alone.
The butter on rolls to eat with the eggs.
