Once a year for turkey is enough for me. I am glad that my wife opted to
get capon. She had ordered a 12 pounder but ended up with two 6
pounders. I think one would have been enough. I see a lot of leftover
capon in my future.


While she was at church this morning I made the stuffing. She is
stuffing the birds now.
