Then many of those apartments are smaller than a phone booth.
My house is 2,000 sq ft, I don't consider it large. There's no way it
can be divided up into 24 apartments, not even 12 apartments, not even
six apartments, not even three apartments, perhaps two 2 bedroom
apartments.
