Depends on what is is and how it is packaged. Week old veggies may be
ok. Dairy is probably good as most are good for a couple of weeks
beyond the expiration date.
If the meat was cryo packed it would be fine too. A month is not a
concern. I'd toss seafood though. Even that, do you know how long it
is out of the water from catch to store? Could be on the boat for days.
