Nope.

I only saw a few party stores. One upscale food market had
a large wine area separate from the rest of the store. I've only
gone to MI few times and I didn't spend my days visiting liquor stores,
just the random wine/etc to bring to whatever event.

I've only seen supermarkets have wine and beer for sale (not here).
Not hard booze. Personally, I'd rather leave the alcohol sales to
the liquor store and save the shelf space for usual grocery items.
I'm not a fan of ginormous supermarkets.

Yeah, I would have been in my teens then and no particular
reason to visit Michigan.
