I like many cheezes but cheddar and feta are my least favorites. I
can't remember when I last tasted fehta but I remember not liking its
texture... I know it will seem weird but I like cubes of cheddar on a
toothpic dipped in Chinese black bean sauce. I also like Ritz
crackers spread with Chinese duck sauce and topped with shredded mozz.
