I was trying to take Cheri's approach. "Each to their own", "Can't have
an opinion", "If you like to eat dog turds, who are we to say that's
disgusting", "Don't hurt me". Y'all took it a bit too seriously.

You could say that the rich, greasy saturated fat factor's already
provided by the cheese and that you can therefore use a little bit of
olive oil instead of butter. Or not.
