I got a $9 electric pizzelle maker a few years ago at WalMart.
( yeah.... one of those cheap appliances everyone complains about )

Works great !

The booklet includes a basic pizzelle recipe.

I use that, and add a tsp or so
of different food flavorings to get a variety.

Real purists mix in a few shots of anisette....
( two for the batter, one for the maker )
