A reasonable meal to me! I just had a big meal (I tend to larger
lunches, smaller dinners). I've taken the day off just because this
next month is really heavy schedule including trip to Falls Church
(about 7 hour round trip). Today was a day I could spare out to have
an extra break so did it.
Had 1/2 a sandwich with pulled pork and white cheddar (no dressing
needed, home made bread a little bigger than 1/2 supermarket bread
would be) and with it had a tomato and basil soup (about 3/4 cup) and a
kiwi. Slightly overfull but nothing terrible.
