Sheldon was actually sentenced to life home arrest. He wears an ankle
bracelet and can't ever leave his property. His 4th wife left him long
ago. The woman in his life now is his arrest supervisor that only shows
up briefly once a week to check up on him. Even then, all he does is
stare at her breasts.
