No kidding! So, we're two people in the US who don't want sweet french
toast!
On the rare occasions I make (or have ever had) french toast it's
dredged in an egg wash. No added sugar, no vanilla. Feel free to
drizzle some syrup or honey on it when it's done. Adding sweet stuff to
the mix was never part of the cooking process.
