I like eating bananas and I ain't no cannibal...

OB food: I'm back into making smoothies again lately, mostly with
berries but also bananas and mango. Add some Greek yoghurt and almond
or macadamia milk, maybe some honey occasionally. Just the thing now
that it's summer here (or trying to be summer at least).
