Here in Virginia Beach, the heat (and more importantly) the humidity
is brutal here during the summer. And I work outside in the weather
too. I take 2-3 showers most days.

Even in the winter, I will often take 2 long hot showers just to
knock off the chill.

I've never had any skin problems by overshowing.
