I never known anyone (personally) announce they were vegetarian or
vegan, except on Usenet. I've certainly never tried to convince a
vegetarian or vegan to change their eating habits. I've had plenty of
people online try to make me feel bad for enjoying meat. Not going to
happen.
I make plenty of meals that don't include meat at all. I just don't
crow about them as if I'm somehow superior when I don't eat meat.
