I do try to post this every year. I may have missed last year. Bone-in
standing rib roast is $5.98/pound this year. I bought a eight plus
pounder which should be enough for two, don't you think? It's most
certainly select, but we don't know any better. I'll serve it with
popovers and brussel sprouts. I'm thinking a heated up, frozen store
bought pumpkin pie for dessert and leftover roast for a while. I can
handle that.
