There is really evil about stockholders making a profit. The problem is
that they keep finding ways to cut back on service and make the argument
that is about cutting costs in order to compete in the market. I
pointed out a case of a local, small, family run grocery that has good
products and good prices and keeps a number of the family living very
well. They have lots of people working at the deli counter so you don't
have to wait. They always have a number of cashiers. They seem to spend
their resources on hiring and training good staff and offering good
service to the customers than funneling the money up the corporate later
and then distributing some of it to the people who have done nothing
more than invest money at an opportune time.
