Salad Nicoise is a little more than that. It is boiled potatoes, green
beans, tomato, hard boiled eggs, lettuce and tuna (preferably
grilled),black olives and a mustard vinagrette. IMO is is the only salad
that I think is worthy of being a meal in itself.
