All the cats I've ever had have eaten dry cat food with the exception
of one many, many years ago. After he was gone I vowed never to start
a cat out on canned food again. Pema, the fostered cat, does get a
small can as a treat every 2 or 3 weeks and I have to listen to her
whine for another 2 or 3 days after wanting another can.
I do have about a dozen 3 pound bags of different brands and flavors
of dry kibble. I'll layer about 5 or 6 different varieties into a
drop feeder so she never gets bored with her vittles.
