Share your recipe for pork/apple? I hadn't thought until I got to
reading the manual that I can now smoke my own sausages since we have
a smoker and it came with a sausage hanger.

My pork and apple sausage is very simple. I mince (grind) the pork
(shoulder or butt you say I think), apple and onion all together. You can
add whatever herbs and seasoning you want to that

)
I don't measure, but thinking about it, probably one part pork to 1/4 onion
and 1/4 apple.
You will find your own preferences by ta daaaaaaaaa ... experimenting

) I
LOVE to experiment and I bet you do too

)))
I love new equipment and I just know you are going to have a great time

Just keep reporting back

I will enjoy it as much a you
