Fresh beans are not nesecessarlly wonderful. They are a pain to
harvest and don't all grow at the same rate. I grow a lot of green
beans, in season I pick about ten pounds a day. I give most away, I
can't use them all. Of late I plant a lot less. I actually prefer
frozen green beans.
