I saw those things for the first time about 15 years ago when I was on
vacation in Colorado and spent a few days near Estes Park. They are
magnificent looking. I got a kick out of their bugle. They would get all
wound out, stretch out their necks and let out a high pitched noise that
sounded like a mouse getting goosed.
