I had leftover pork roast, sliced and gently heated in some brown butter
with prosciutto and provolone on top. Kind of like saltimbocca, made
with what I had on hand. Crusty white bread with Greek olive oil.
DH had leftover veal, in red sauce with parmesan and provolone, topped
with some garlicky bread crumbs. Like Veal Parmesan, only without
the frying.
Salads all round.
