One exception to that might me Brussels Sprouts. I like them when they
still have a slight bit of crunch to them. I would probably like them to
be cooked just a little more than that, but they still have great
flavour, and it doesn't take too much more cooking to turn than good
flavour into the nastiness of overcooks BS.
