Their F rating is because they are constantly saying that "buy one get one free" is a limited time offer, which apparently it wasn't, it's not because of the quality.

I have two My Pillows and I love them! I've had chronic insomnia for about 20 years, three hours of sleep is a good night for me. I'm used to the lack of sleep, as I apparently don't need much, however, I hated the way my other pillows left me with a stiff neck, shoulder aches, upper arm pain, etc.. It sucks lying in bed for hours and being uncomfortable. The My Pillow is extremely comfortable. It's different than regular pillows because they're made from chopped up pieces of memory foam. You can rearrange the foam by squishing it with your hands and it feels so soft against your ears and side of your face.

If you buy some, get the large, I bought one large and one regular and wish they were both large. The size depicts how thick they are, not their length and width. I'm 5'7", average build.

I bought mine from QVC, knowing I could easily return them after thirty days if I didn't like them. I definitely won't be returning them.
