I already have a costly bed with a very expensive Sterns & Foster
mattress and box spring, and I really am not nearly ready for a
hospital bed. I've looked into those back support cushions, some have
built in arm rests but I don't think they'd be comfortable for
sleeping. I really don't need a new bed, I just need two good
pillows. Amazon sells a lot of pillows including My Pillow:
