We used to go there with my in-laws. Those old retired military guys would hang around the base even when they were in the US.
I don't recall if I saw a F-86 at Hickam. Will be on the lookout for that one. I was checking out Google Maps and spotted what looks to be a U-2 on base. That's interesting.
