Have you tried dressing them up in cuty lit'l bonnets and leaving them
anonymously on people's doorsteps? HTH :-)

Zucchini Cake
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
3 cups grated zucchini
1 cup oil
4 eggs
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the eggs, oil, and
zucchini and beat well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake in 325º
oven for about 45 to 50 minutes.
Notes: I like this served warm (not hot) without any frosting. You
should be able to use all all-purpose flour if you want a it a little
more delicate.
