I've tried it and Blue Apron is wonderful, but you're out of luck if
you're a big eater. I decided that I enjoy grocery shopping and
cooking in general too much to do it now. If I was incapacitated or
confined to the house for whatever reason, I'd do it. I also have
in-laws in their mid to late 80s who aren't interested in cooking
anymore. They should move into a retirement home, but have yet to be
convinced it's in their best interest.
