I use a lot of raisins, in baked goods, especially bran muffins and
sticky buns... not to mention cinnamon raisin bread in my ABM. I use
raisins in sweet and sour cabbage soup (raisins and a fresh lemon).
Rum Raisin sauce on vanilla ice cream is sublime. I like to snack on
raisins, nice in a bowl of salty peanuts. I buy bulk raisins on line
from Sunmaid in a five pound box, raisins don't spoil, in an air tight
jar they keep for many years. I also like compote, assorted dried
fruit simmered with raisins, don't forget the citrus and cinnamon.
I got this in a 3 pack from BJs a while ago, it jumped out at me, and
I just happened to put it out on the kitchen counter a while ago to
bake tomorrow, planned on adding raisins... gonna bake it in my large
Nordic Ware Bundt pan, should hold two packets:

This is my first time baking this, the three pack weighs 4 pounds...
says I can use 2 packets in a 13" X 9" pan. I'll decide tomorrow... I
can always bake extra in a muffin tin, can add extra cinnamon too.
