I looked it up online and it was referred to by a wine reviewer and it
was reported to be under $11 a bottle, but it is not in stock at any
LCBO stores. The cheapest champagne it carries is about $40.
I have certainly had my share of cheap bubbly wines and used to think
they are palatable enough... until I had real French Champagne. It
boggles me to think that people would prefer the cheap stuff, and I
can't imagine how much they would have to drink to run up a higher bar
bill on cheap swill than the stuff that costs at least 5 times as much.
