I already mentioned she said no lamb kidneys. Definitely not pigs.
There are simply no kidneys available in this area. I suspect those
things are used to make canned pet food rather than being consumed by
people. Just a guess, mind you. But I can't think of any other reason
not to be able to buy kidneys.
