or maybe not. I've found that often the "new and improved" things
aren't as good as the original. Personally, when I go to a
fast food restaurant, frozen beef is fine. I freeze things all
the time at home and they are fine.

So...it took a "team" of 40 people 2 years to 'discover' that fresh beef
might be better than frozen?
