That would be pizza, Chicago style or rather, my impression of one. To get a
better feel for it, I have to live in Chicago for a while. It's a deep dish
pizza with a top crust with sauce and cheese on the top. It's supposed to be
goopy - well that's my story and I'm sticking with it.
