I'll use it for most things where onions are used as a seasoning. It gives a
pretty intense onion flavor. I wouldn't use it for things like fried rice or
when onion is needed for texture. It's one of the great timesavers in my
kitchen. It's something I don't ever want to run out of.

Dunno what my original response said. It didn't even make sense to me
I don't buy them. I dehydrate my own (other veggies too) usually when I
get a lot on a good deal
