Mine doesn't have the pre-heat button, the last one did. My last oven heated
up within 8-10 minutes, this one takes at least 15, closer to 20. The
instructions on mine actually say that, exposed element heating time versus
sealed element, there is quite a difference even according to GE which they
say is normal. I don't care for that at all, but other than that, I like the
oven.
