I found the kinetics of it fascinating but it was kind of repulsive as a food i.e., Americans will love it! One day the kids may popularize this vintage pop fad but the reality is that melted cheese has never gone out of fashion.

Melted cheese or fried cheese is good. Breakfast this morning was
scrambled eggs with toasted onion, chives and cheese.
Heat a pan with a little butter. Add the cheese and let it bubble, pour
in the egg and onion mix, add more cheese.
