I mixed chopped cilantro and green onion with the shredded lettuce and
cabbage. Separately, I mixed mayo and sour cream with the juice of a
lime, some grinds of pepper and a bit of salt. I spread the roll
generously with the creamy mixture then the fish and topped with the
greenery. This combo worked out really well and I will do it again.
