Thank you, Ed! The idea of using a hot pan to re-crisp the veggies is a
good one. I've never liked tender-crisp. It nearly always has meant
"barely cooked, might as well be raw". I do not like raw vegetables.
Tossing them for 3-5 minutes in a wok or a skillet and calling them
tender-crisp won't change my mind.
