breed uncontrollably become a generational reservoir of disease,
infection and parasites that causes real suffering.

Cat rescue charities trap and neuter feral cats then find outdoor homes
(often on farms which appreciate rodent control) with owners willing to
supplement feeding when required and medicate (via food).
