Yes, but not in a long, long time. I liked it when I was young
and couldn't afford it. Now I don't eat stuff like that,
for the most part. I'd rather "spend" my Hollandaise on
Eggs Benedict (sauce Béarnaise being an offshoot of Hollandaise).
