that is my experience as well. When I go to customer service I
understand that I have to wait my turn. I also understand there are
other employees in the store who have jobs to perform. I don't expect
them to be waiting at my side for me to ask a question. I may have to
look for an employee to help me. I have never had an employee say
'it's over there' and wave a hand. They have always walked me to the
item.
