I had a comprehensive $750 building inspection down before we agreed on a price. But my landlord did not appear to be very flexible about his initial offer of $110,000 and I only got him down to $108,000 cash, basically as is.. So I KNOW ann the stuff that needs work. I knew most of what my inspector found too! I have no delusions about this place and the work it needs. But I'm into it too far to quit now! And it's gonna be VERY cool and when I get it all done could be worth as much as maybe $200,000 after restoration!
