How about, it's his life and he doesnt want opinionated advice but
something more legal and financially legit for the specifics he is in?

JUst because you think I shouldnt get a new (to me, used) car is no
reason for you to tell me I can't.

Some go on endlessly in this thread on how John shouldnt be getting a
house at last. It makes me wonder how many of you screwed up that you
have to warn him? It's been going on for months now.
