>John, his was 20+ years ago. Yes, 750$ is pretty normal.
WTF would you know, you've always been a renter.
Not normal, that's about twice the present cost of a pre-sale
residense inspection.
My termite inspection was separate.
Well was separate
Septic was separate
Survey was separate
Title search and title insurance was separate.
House inspectors only check that the structure and its mechanicals are
to code and report malfunctioning systems...
they do no repairs and be wary if they recommend a repair person, then
they are dishonest, just drumming up business for their contractor
relative. It takes about a half hour to inspect a house, than an hour
inputting comments into computer software that prints out the report
that's inserted into a binder, looks very professional but in
actuality is mostly for show.
House inspections don't check for termites, for termites use Terminex
or some similar pest control company that will periodically
reinspect/treat if one buys that service.
My real estate attorney arranged for all those procedures with
companies he's used for many years known to be reputable and I was
presented with reports and bills prior to closing.
I seriously doubt John had any inspection done and he has no attorney
or he'd not be permitted to resolve any issues prior to closing... I
wouldn't believe John if his typing fingers were notarized... I still
don't believe he's attempting to buy the house in the picture he
posted. I don't believe there is any inheritance, all he's told us
and his outbursts are all part of his mental illness, very typical of
paranoid schizophrenics, megalomaniacs, and bipolars. A year from now
John will still be renting a room from the cheap Chinaman, or
inhabiting a padded cell at a state mental institution.
I don't mind being called a PRICK, a lot of good looking wimmens
called me their BIG PRICK. However John is a tiny insignificant nut
case. LOL-LOL
